1064nm外腔激光器 3MHz线宽150mW输出 保偏接头
The External Cavity Laser (ECL) Laser Source is a high power, narrow linewidth laser source that provides an extremely stable wavelength and low intensity noise. The laser source utilizes an external reflecting cavity and high-power Multiple Quantum Well (MQW) laser diode to realized the single frequency operation. The output of a such a ECL source can be fed to an external 1064nm optical modulator for pulse, analog and digital modulation. The output from the modulator can be increased by utilizing a Ytterbium fiber doped amplifier (YDFA). The application include: medical, industrial, LIDAR, sensors, SHG and laboratory testing.
Features:
- Narrow laser linewidth 3MHz typical
- TEC temperature controlled for wavelength stabilization
- Modulation to 100kHz (Optional)
- Highly reliable, requiring no routine maintenance
- Polarization Maintaining (PM) output
- Optical PM isolator (1064nm) to prevent feedback
