The Pulse Laser Source (PLS) is a high power, narrow width pulse laser source that provides high peak power at 1064nm wavelength. The laser source utilizes a powerful Multiple Quantum Well (MQW) laser diode and pulse generating circuitry. The output of a such a pulse source can be fed to a high power (>10W) Ytterbium fiber doped amplifier (YDFA), as the seed laser. The applications include: medical, industrial, LIDAR, sensors, SHG and laboratory testing.
