D系列840nm高功率 SLD宽带光源是很宽带宽、低相干性、交流220V台式光源，以两个单模耦合的超辐射发光二极管模块为基础，具有略微移动的中心波长，与一个合适的宽带单模光纤耦合器相结合构成。这个SLD模块控制器设计确保极好的光源工作稳定性。有和没有防止SLD免受光反馈损伤的光隔离器的最强有力的版本都是有效的。这些器件是为光学试验和测量应用而开发的。
