概述:
傅里叶变换红外光谱仪FT-IR Rocket是一种体积小,重量轻,高性能和经久耐用的红外光谱仪。FT-IR Rocket系列小型傅里叶变换红外光谱仪提供了高分辨和高灵敏度(由于采用热电制冷碲镉汞探测器)。这个系列两个波段的光谱仪具有高的波长稳定性和强度稳定性,因而使其成为高重复性化学计量分析的理想工具。傅里叶变换近红外和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪也被用来表征红外激光。
